Jason Evans
Lead Pastor

Pastor Jason Evans was born in Elkton, MD. He attended North East High School and Cecil Community College, and is today an ordained minister in the Church of God.
He initially served as an Elder at RCC, which was then called Calvary Worship Center. He left to plant a church in Elkton in 2001, and returned in 2004 to merge his congregation with RCC's and to become the Lead Pastor of the church. His passion is to see people connect to God, grow spiritually through meaningful relationships and through the Word of God, and serve the world and each other.
He lives in Elkton with his wife, Tina, and their two children, Skye and Jace. He'll tell you he's the very best at bowling and golf, and he's also very humble.

Brandee Waddell
Administrative Assistant

Brandee was born and raised in Elkton, MD, and attended North East High, Cecil Community College and the Schilling and Douglas School of Cosmotology.
Brandee joined the RCC staff on April 3, 2006 as the pastor's Administrative Assistant. Her passion is to help the church to grow in any way she can, and to see the church reach the communities around it.
She lives with her husband Eric (who she met on a blind date) and their two children, Mariah and Cody. She eats no vegetables.

Dave Dorsey
Director of Communications

Dave was born and raised in Bel Air, MD. He briefly attended C. Milton Wright High School before being home schooled, and has plans to attend Harford Community College in the Fall.
Dave came on board in October of 2005 as the Director of Communications. He also oversees RCC's media ministry. His passion is to make RCC's Sunday services engaging and exciting, and to make the way RCC does church as simple as possible.
He loves almost every sport, and can be a geek about sports at times. He's also mad crazy good at the game Catchphrase, and is currently riding a lengthy Scrabble winning streak.
